Valentine’s Day Cocktail: Strawberry Rose Cream Soda

Valentine’s Day is coming! I love hearing how everyone is celebrating, so tell me how you are celebrating in the comments below. Some of my friends get all fancied up to have a swanky dinner, some of them stay home with their sig-other and keep it low key, some of my friends have girl’s night and show some love for their best gal pals. I think my night will consist of a STEAK DINNER (made for me!! so I don’t even have to cook), a whole bunch of this cocktail and some scary movies. The good news is, this Strawberry Rose Cream Soda Cocktail fits the bill no matter what kind of night you’re planning!

Strawberry Rose Cream Soda Recipe:

2 oz. vanilla vodka
4 oz. cream soda
2 oz. Alizé Rose Liqueur
Ice
Whipped Cream

The Alizé Rose is a fruity liqueur that blends French vodka with litchis, strawberries and a hint of rose essence. Fitting for Valentine’s Day, no?

I start with a glass full of ice and then add my vodka, cream soda and Alize and give it a good stir.

Then, I topped it with a good portion of whipped cream.

Then, I took the customary cocktail Instagram photo!

And then maybe I kind of guzzled it and maybe I didn’t, but I’ll never tell.
