Valentine’s Day Bonus: Boozy Brownie Milkshake

I know, I know. First the rum and coke cupcakes, then the spiked strawberry soda, now I’ve got ANOTHER boozy treat for you. What am I doing? You know what I’m doing, trying to help you get through these last few months of winter hell we have, that’s what I’m doing. So, you’re welcome!

This shake was actually made with the leftover pieces from my heart-shaped Fudgy Brownies in my last post. What, did you think I would throw away a single crumb of those babies? Think again! I decided to blend them up with some vanilla vodka and ice cream for an insanely rich and creamy brownie milkshake. Seriously though, what am I doing?

Boozy Brownie Milkshake Recipe:

2 oz. vanilla vodka – totally optional
2-4 scoops chocolate ice cream
2 Tbsp. milk
2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup
1 brownie

Add the milk to the blender. Then add your ice cream and chocolate syrup and blend until smooth.

Next, pop in your brownie and just give it a couple pulses, I like it to have a few chunks so that you can snack on them!

Top with whipped cream and dive right in!
