Molly Monday: Ice Pups!

I’ve mentioned quite a few times how much I love BarkBox for my little Molly Boo and this Molly Monday features yet another reason: The Honest Kitchen’s Ice Pups!

This is a little packet of powder that you mix with warm water and pour into an ice cube tray to make little frozen treats. Molly loves plain ice cubes, so I had a pretty good feeling she’d like these and she definitely did! The powder contains dehydrated chicken, turkey, whey, dandelion, asparagus, watercress, honey and parsley. I didn’t mix mine correctly (you know how I am about directions) so a few cubes are a little more concentrated than others.

Also, just a little side note, these did not stain my carpet. I was a little worried so I kept an eye on it while Molly enjoyed her treat and I’m happy to report I had no stains! However, I recommend putting it in your dog’s dish just to be safe. If your dog, like Molly, takes it out of the bowl to their “treat spot”, try laying down a towel just in case!

    • I hadn’t heard of them either, but Molly really loves them! I just re-subscribed to Barkbox after moving and I will have more fun treats to share so you’ll have even more ideas for your dog :) What kind of dog do you have?

    • I tried to wrangle her to the kitchen without carpet, but she just kept sneaking around me with her cube hidden in her mouth!
